Lataguri is a village and is the entry point to the evergreen and famous Gorumara National Park known for its endangered population of Rhinoceros. It is located on NH-31 and is about 75 kms from New Jalpaiguri railway station. While being here, one can see the rivers Murti, Jaldhaka and Torsa flowing freely through the lush green forests of Gorumara. The permits for Gorumara and Chapramari Wildlife forests are given from Lataguri.
