Places to See Around : There are several places to explore around Galudih, a place where the nature speaks from the rhythmic sounds from the forests, hills and rivers. The places are :
- One can go for trekking in the lower altitude hills of Nekri Dungri, Phuldungri and Rukmini. The pathways on these hillocks are short, are full of forests of Sal, mahua, and covered with red pebbles.
- Bibhuti Bhusan Library- This library was established in the year 1950, giving a tribute to the great Bengali writer and gem of literary world, Bibhuti Bhushan Bandhopadhyay constructed in 1950 respect to the great Bengali writer Bibhuti Bhushan Bandopadhya. It is said that Bibhuti Bhusan visited Galudih during the 1930s and wrote about the natural beauty of this city in several of his literary works.
- Along the banks of River Subarnarekha lies Ratmohona which is popularly known as a sunrise and sunset viewing point. To visit this place, one has to cross the Galudih Barrage.
- The Dharagiri waterfalls are about seven kms from Galudih city. The length of the waterfall is about 20 feet. One can see an ancient stone curve and a Kali Temple near the waterfalls.
- In Galudih, the ancient temple complex of the Royal Dalbhum palace is an important tourist attraction. Temples like Tribeniswar, Dashabhuja and Langta Kotal Mandir are lie inside this complex.
